Every year the Canale Family decorates for Christmas. It is a tradition that Kenneth C. Canale Sr. started many many years ago. The tradition almost ended in 2008 when his daughter Lyndajean passed away two years after Karen, his eldest daughter, passed away. In 2010 Mr. Canale, or Santa to most kids who have come to visit the house often year after year, passed away. This past April, we lost the matriarch of the family, Ken Canale Sr.'s wife Corrine "Rennie" Canale. This year the house is lit in honor of those who have passed in loving memory. Kenneth C. Canale Jr and his little helpers including his wife, nephew, 2 daughters, and many other family members. The display is a family tradition on both sides, for us to decorate and for many families to come to see the glorious light display. Candy Canes are handed out the to the children who come to visit along with the occasional visit from Santa Claus (look at our Facebook page for more details concerning this)! This is potentially the last year, so try to stop by if you can! Spread the holiday cheer and happy holidays.
